We collect the minimum amount of personal data needed to organise your trip and never sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
1. Who we are
Emna Excursions SARL (registered in Marrakech, ICE 002847301000051) is the data controller for the personal information you submit through this website.

2. What we collect
When you fill in the booking or contact form we collect: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size, pickup location and any additional notes you provide.
We do not collect payment-card details on this site. Payments are settled offline by bank transfer or in cash.
3. Why we use your data
Your personal information is used solely to (a) respond to your inquiry, (b) confirm and operate your reservation, (c) send essential communications about your trip, and (d) comply with our legal obligations under Moroccan tax and accounting law.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers or third-party marketers.
We may share strictly necessary data with our drivers, guides or partner riads exclusively for the purposes of operating your booking (e.g. your name and pickup time).
5. Retention
Booking records are kept for the duration legally required by Moroccan accounting obligations (currently 10 years).
Contact-form messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.
6. Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies (locale preference, session continuity). We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your personal data, and to object to its processing.
To exercise any of these rights, write to emnatours@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Moroccan CNDP.
8. Security
All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted in transit (TLS). Booking data is stored on secured servers within the European Union with restricted access.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The 'last updated' date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Travellers with an active booking will be notified of any material change.
