Send your flight and accommodation details
Choose arrival or departure, then enter your name, date, local pickup or arrival time, flight number, passengers and accommodation address. The form opens WhatsApp with your details. Send the message to request your transfer; opening WhatsApp alone does not confirm a booking.
Describe your luggage
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and bags, plus any stroller or bulky item. Passenger capacity alone does not establish baggage capacity. We use your luggage details to arrange the appropriate car and confirm it with you.
We track delays and wait for you
We track your flight and adapt the pickup for delays. There are no extra waiting fees. Let us know if your airline changes the flight number or you move to a different flight. We confirm meeting instructions directly on WhatsApp.
Understand access to your riad
Some medina streets cannot be reached by car. Give us the full accommodation name and address so we can confirm the nearest accessible pickup or drop-off point. Do not assume the vehicle can stop at every riad door.
Price, payment and confirmation
The airport transfer costs €15 per private vehicle for 1–7 passengers, per one-way transfer within Marrakech city. Pay cash to the driver. Cancellation is free. We confirm availability and pickup on WhatsApp; no online payment is required.
For your departure
Enter the time you want the driver to collect you, rather than the flight departure time. Discuss the pickup time with us in advance and follow your airline’s airport-arrival guidance. Customer support is available in English, French and Arabic.
